This study investigates the impact of circular economy (CE) strategies on economic efficiency within the manufacturing sector. With increasing demands for sustainable resource management and reduced environmental footprints, circular approaches—such as material reuse, waste minimization, and process redesign—are attracting significant industrial interest. This research draws on secondary sources and real-world case studies from industries including automotive, electronics, and textiles to illustrate the practical application of CE. By comparing circular and conventional manufacturing models, the analysis assesses shifts in productivity, resource efficiency, and cost structures. The findings indicate that firms embracing CE benefit from lower waste disposal expenses, optimized resource use, and greater innovation. Nonetheless, adoption is hindered by technological, regulatory, and financial obstacles. Despite these challenges, the evidence strongly supports the dual environmental and economic benefits of circular models. The study calls for sector-specific strategies, robust policy frameworks, and investment in sustainable technologies, advocating for manufacturers and policymakers to advance toward a more efficient and sustainable industrial future.
