The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors influencing users' behavioral intentions towards the adoption of chatbots on online learning platforms, employing the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and to understand why people do or don't use chatbots on online learning websites. Chatbots are those little messaging robots you sometimes see pop up to help you out. Even though they could make online learning better, not many people are using them. So, we want to figure out why. By talking to students and other People who use online learning platforms, we hope to find out what makes them want to use chatbots or not. Our findings suggest that this model helps us understand why people do or don't use chatbots on these platforms. This means we might be able to make online learning even better by understanding what students want from chatbots.
